清掃について 当ホテルでは、環境に配慮した取り組みの一環として、ご連泊中はエコ清掃を実施しております。 エコ清掃の日は、客室清掃・ベッドメイキング・アメニティ補充は行わず、タオル・ナイトウェアの交換、ならびにゴミ回収を承っております。 3日に1回は、客室清掃・ベッドメイキング・アメニティ補充を含む通常清掃を実施いたします。 タオル交換・ゴミ回収をご希望の場合は、当日朝10時までに、使用済みのタオル・ナイトウェア・ゴミをドア内側へおまとめください。 交換や回収がご不要の場合は、目印のマグネットをドア外側にお貼りください。 清掃スケジュール サービス内容 毎日 3日に1回 客室内清掃 - ○ 使用済みタオルの交換 ○ ○ 使用済みナイトウェアの交換 - ○ ゴミの回収 ○ ○ ベッドメイキング - ○ バスルーム・洗面台・トイレ清掃 - ○

A. ご連泊中の清掃・リネン交換は行っておりません。 客室内に掃除機をご用意しておりますので清掃が必要な場合はセルフにてお願いいたします。 ご希望の場合、追加のバスタオル、フェイスタオル、バスマットのお渡し、ゴミ回収等を行いますのでフロントにお申し付けください。 ※追加のルームクリーニングやリネン交換は、別途料金にて承っております。前日の21時までにフロントにお申し付けください。
